Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the AnySynth website and the professional services we provide, including websites, custom designs, digital products, and applications.

1. Services

AnySynth provides website design and development, custom design work, branding, digital product design, app development, Telegram Mini Apps, and related creative and technical services.

2. Project Scope

All work is completed according to the scope, timeline, and pricing set out in a proposal, agreement, invoice, or written approval. Any additional features, pages, integrations, or requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and approval before work begins.

3. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects include two rounds of revisions after initial delivery. Each revision round should be submitted as one consolidated list of feedback. Additional revisions may be accepted at our discretion and may be billed separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide content, assets, credentials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication, missing materials, or late approvals may affect project timelines, delivery dates, and launch schedules.

5. Payments

Payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement and may be structured as a one-time payment or installments. Payments must be made on time. We may pause work, delay delivery, or restrict access to files or deliverables if payments are overdue. Payments are non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been provided.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you only after full payment has been received. Until then, all concepts, code, designs, drafts, and related work remain the property of AnySynth. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock imagery, plugins, libraries, or external software remain subject to their own license terms.

7. Hosting, Domains, and Maintenance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hosting, domain management, third-party subscriptions, content updates, and maintenance are your responsibility after launch. Ongoing support or maintenance can be arranged separately.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat any non-public business information, credentials, internal materials, and project details you share with us as confidential. We ask that you treat our confidential materials, processes, and pricing the same way.

9. Post-Launch Support

After launch, we provide a 14-day period to fix bugs or issues related to the agreed scope at no extra charge. New features, content changes, or additions outside the original scope are not included and may be billed separately.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Completed materials will be delivered once outstanding balances have been settled.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnySynth is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost opportunities, downtime, or third-party platform failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant services.

12. Disclaimer

Our services and deliverables are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, conversions, or uninterrupted availability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
